Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How can we engage Triscope? How are fees structured?

It always starts with an Intro Call, but once we dive into the project details we generally propose one of these three engagement options:

  • Lump Sum Fee for defined scope
  • Dedicated remote team, monthly or for project term
  • Time and Materials with NTE cap

2. What is your quality control process?

Since our inception, we've had an "Always Second Check" policy. Each project we deliver is also checked by a second pair of eyes according to the delivery scope by someone that did not work on that project.

Alongside this, we have a Rapid Development program for our staff where we intentionally train on topics like US code review, ADA, life safety, and many more topics.

3. How will we communicate with the Triscope team?

Each project has a single point of contact who acts as the home base for all project communication. We have collected the very best people and English-proficient architects and engineers dedicated to providing a flexible and collaborative communication experience.

Normally we use a mix of MS Teams chats, Teams Meetings, Bluebeam Sessions and of course, email.

4. Is Triscope an American company? Is it insured?

Triscope is a company serving American and European design firms with a global operations center in Turkey. We have an amazing team of architects and engineers based in Istanbul, working across US and EU time zones.

5. Are US licensed professionals involved?

We are a diverse team that includes US licensed professionals (Registered Architects & Professional Engineers) co-located with our team in Turkey.

To our knowledge, we are one of the few global productivity partners serving American design firms to have this and it is absolutely a part of our secret sauce.

6. How do you handle data-privacy and security?

We work with cyber-security consultants that have helped us reach a level of compliance that meets the expectations of most global firms. Our company's cloud is hosted via MS Azure servers and via Autodesk Construction Cloud. We train our staff on important cyber-security awareness issues and maintain tight local controls.
